Subject: Msg from VP Research: UILO, ORS, ORE moves Jan 18-23

Further to my email of December 5th, the University/Industry Liaison Office, Office of Research Services, and the Office of Research Ethics are moving offices from Strand Hall to the second floor of the Multi-Tenant Facility (MTF) building in Discovery Parks over the period of Thursday, January 18th through Tuesday, January 23rd. It is anticipated that these three offices will be fully operational at the MTF by Wednesday, January 24th.
As UILO, ORS, and ORE staff will be essentially unavailable during the move period, please make advance arrangements if you anticipate requiring assistance around this time. Faculty members who urgently require a signature on a grant application can stop by Strand Hall, Room 2102 on January 18, 19, and 22.

This move will ease the space crunch for these units, and will in turn free up a significant amount of in-demand space in Strand Hall. We'd appreciate your patience during this period.
The 4-digit locals for the staff members in these units will stay the same, but the AREA CODE and PREFIX are changing to: 778-782-xxxx (where xxxx is the local). For internal calls to these staff members, you will now have to dial five digits: "2" followed by the four-digit local.
